You can set up your account in a few easy steps. Your account is where you can book tours, manage your Sales Portal and view reports.
When you first sign in to your account you can see your setup checklist. When you’ve completed each step, the red x will turn into a green checkmark.
- Set up your first location
This is the main location where you offer your guests tours and activities. This is automatically selected based on the country you selected when you signed up. If you want to add more locations to offer tours and activities, read this article. - Upload your logo
Click Portal > Name of your portal > Design in the left hand side menu. Click Browse to upload your logo and finally click Save design. The logo will now appear in your Sales Portal. - Personalise your page
Click Portal > Name of your portal > Design in the left hand side menu. Choose the colours you like and create a theme that fits your brand. Learn more about personalising your Sales Portal. - Add your company webpage
Click Portal > Name of your portal > Basic Settings in the left hand side menu. In the field “Back to” Link Text add the name of your website, e.g. My Hotel. In the field “Back to” Link URL add the URL for your website, e.g. www.myhotel.com. - Get a link to your Sales Portal
Click Portal > Name of your portal > Basic Settings in the left hand side menu. Under Portal sub-domain you can see your Sales Portal URL. You can share this URL with your guests and partners and add it to your website.
Now you’ve set up your TourDesk account and are ready to start booking.
