How to view the Location Sales report

TourDesk offers a range of reports that gives you an overview of your sales performance. The reports provide you with useful information that you can use to make informed decisions.


The Location Sales report gives you an overview of your sales in your local currency, organised by the origin of the booking. The location can be any of your Sales Portals or any of your TourDesk accounts, e.g. if you run multiple hotels. You can find it by clicking Reports > Location Sales in the left hand side menu. You can filter the data by date range, location, the creation date and the start date.


Creation date is the date the booking was created. This can be today’s date or a date in the past.

Start date is the date the booking will take place. This can be a date in the past, today’s date or a date in the future.


You can export the report to Excel to use it further.
