How to get your products into Tourdesk using Tour CMS

Adding your products to TourDesk is the first step in setting up your TourDesk account. As soon as your products are added, local hotels, guesthouses and hostels can start booking your tours and activities.

 

TourCMS has a marketplace where you can find TourDesk and propose a commission contract. If you haven't already, please start the initial dialogue with us by sending us an email.

 

To add your products from TourCMS, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your TourCMS account.

  2. Click Partners > Marketplace Agents in the top menu

  3. Search for TourDesk and click the Connect icon on the right hand side

  4. Before you can connect, you have to have at least one channel. If you don’t, click TourCMS Marketplace channel list on the right hand side to create one. 

  5. Make sure that the channel’s booking engine style is set to booking and not enquiry or quote. 

  6. Select Commission scheme according to the agreed upon commission.

  7. Under Connection permission, choose 3 - Full booking details (Just on own bookings). This permission level will allow TourDesk to get product information and availability and place bookings in your system.

  8. Click Create connection


Your products will start to display in TourDesk system 48 hours after our supply team has confirmed your proposal. When your products have been added to TourDesk, we recommend you review your products. Make sure they follow our recommendations on photos, description and other information so they’re bookable and as attractive as possible to your resellers.
