How to connect Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel lets you measure, optimise and build audiences for your ad campaigns. You can connect your TourDesk Sales Portal to Facebook Pixel to get more insights on your guest's behaviour.


Log into your Facebook account and follow the instructions in Create and install a Facebook pixel in the Facebook Business Help Center.

Once you’ve completed the setup in Facebook, click Data sources in the left hand side menu and there you can see your Facebook Pixel ID. It should contain 15 numbers, e.g. 123456789123456.


Log into your TourDesk account. Click Portal > Name of your portal > Analytics Tracking in the left hand side menu. Under Facebook Tracking Pixel, enter your Pixel ID number you got from your Facebook account. Click Save Tracking


You should see data coming from your TourDesk Sales Portal in Facebook Pixel within the next 48 hours. Note that if there is no traffic to your Sales Portal, there is no data available.
