How to add your properties into Tourdesk using Guesty

Guesty accountGuesty is a property management platform. It is used by property managers to manage Short-Term Rentals and Vacation Rentals listed on multiple platforms. You can use the Guesty API to easily add your property information to TourDesk to save time and effort. 
 

Copy the Guesty API Key

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account

  2. In the top menu, hover over Integrations

  3. From the drop-down, click Marketplace

  4. Search for TourDesk then click Connect

  5. At the top right click Connect

  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token

  7. Click OK


Note:

The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.


Connect TourDesk With Guesty

  1. Register in TourDesk by entering your Guesty API key (Integration token) copied in the steps above.

  2. Select what properties need to be imported into TourDesk and change details as needed

  3. Complete the onboarding and finalize the TourDesk account setup as indicated in this article


Your properties will start to display in TourDesk system 48 hours after you’ve finished the connection process. When your properties have been added to TourDesk, we recommend you review and confirm everything has been imported correctly. 

Note that any changes made in Guesty after the initial import 
will not reflect in TourDesk and any changes made in TourDesk will not be reflected in Guesty.
