How to view your orders/bookings

In TourDesk, you can get an overview of all of your past and upcoming bookings you received through the system. You can search for unique bookings if you need information on the guest, their pick-up location, etc.


Click Orders in the left hand side menu. There you see the full list of your bookings. You can see:

  • Id
    The Id of the order in the TourDesk system
  • Order created
    The date the booking was created. Note that this is not the date the booking is taking place
  • Title
    The title of the tour or activity that was booked
  • Start date
    The date the booking takes place
  • Booking Id
    The Booking Id that’s shared with your supplier system
  • Price
    The price the guest paid for the booking (BRUT / RACK price)
  • Pickup location
    The pick-up location for the guest
  • Information
    Information on the guest, their name, contact details and other relevant details


If you want to change a booking, you can either do it through your supply system and the booking will be automatically updated in TourDesk or you can contact our support team.
