When you are assisting guests with booking tours and activities you have options when it comes to accepting payments. If your guest wants to split payment at the time of booking, you can do that directly in TourDesk. It saves you time and effort doing 1 booking for 10 people instead of doing 10 single bookings. Click Book > Activities in the left hand side menu and find the tour your guest wants to book. In the final step of booking, click Reserve.
Add the amount you want to charge to the first card in the New payment box. You can use any calculator to divide the amount accordingly. Enter the card number and click Charge Web Pos. The first card is now charged. You can now see the outstanding amount at the top of the box.
To charge the next card, click Complete payment and enter the amount you want to charge and the credit-card number. Click Charge Web Pos to complete the payment. Repeat the steps if you want to charge more than 2 credit cards.
