You can easily review your products in TourDesk to make sure they look as attractive as possible to your resellers. We have implemented geo-localisation so that local resellers can easily find and book tours/products in their vicinity.

How do I add geo-localisation?

Login to your API-connected supplier system and make sure you add a location, address & coordinates, for all of your products. and they will be updated in TourDesk within 1-2 business days. Note that any updates you make in TourDesk won’t be reflected in your supplier system.

If you're not currently using a supplier system, you can reach out to our supply team to update your product.

Which coordinates should I use?

Set the coordinates according to the meeting point, pick-up location, or the location of your attraction/museum. If for any reason your tour/attraction requires you to use the coordinates of a different location than the above-mentioned, please let us know and we can manually edit them on our end.

If you’ve recently made changes to your description, photos, or other information in your supplier system that you’d like to be reflected in TourDesk you can scroll down and click Update next to Update from the supply system. This will update the product within 1 hour, otherwise, the change might take up to 1-2 business days to be reflected.
