Sometimes guests need to make changes to their bookings due to illness, change in travel arrangements, etc.
To edit bookings in TourDesk start by clicking Orders in the left hand side menu. Search for the booking in the order list. When you’ve located it, click the name of the customer to open the booking.
To edit the booking click the Modify button on the right hand side. Add a title for your message and add details on what you’d like to modify in the booking. If you check the Notify the customer box, the customer will receive an email with a copy of the modification.
If your modification affects the total price of the booking, e.g. if you’re changing the booking from 3 guests to 2 guests, you can add the amount you’d like to request getting refunded to the Refund request amount box. Click Send Special Request.
The operator of the tour or activity will be in direct contact with you to confirm the modification.
